Project overview

In 2024, Zenith set out to reimagine its Zenos platform with a focus on enhancing the user experience. The redesign aimed to modernize the outdated car selection process under salary sacrifice schemes, which had not been designed with user experience in mind. By addressing current user expectations and making the process easier and more intuitive, the overhaul sought to bring the platform in line with modern design standards and the needs of today’s users.

To bring the "ORIGINALS" in-store activation to life, we focused on creating an intuitive and engaging UI for the iPad interface used by customers. The design process explored two key routes to enhance the user experience.

Route 1: Live Display on a TV Screen
Once a customer took their selfie, the UI offered the option to instantly project their image onto a large TV screen at the front of the store. This feature was designed to make each customer feel celebrated and to create a sense of community by showcasing the diverse faces of Adidas Originals in real-time.

Route 2: Saving the Image via QR Code
The second option provided users with a QR code that they could scan with their phones. This allowed them to save the image directly to their device, making it easy to share on social media or keep as a personalized memory.

The overall goal was to make the interaction as memorable and straightforward as possible, reinforcing the connection between the customer and the Adidas Originals brand.
